Because we charge by the job, you never pay for slow or lazy technicians or for run-around time for parts and other materials. And because it's in our best interests to work as efficiently as possible, we stock our trucks with every imaginable tool and part, and train our technicians to do the job efficiently and correctly the first time around.
When you call, we will dispatch a Certified Wolfe Service Technician who will diagnose the problem, conclude what solutions are necessary, and determine how much the repairs will cost.
With your authorization, our technician will perform the necessary repairs;
otherwise you will only owe the industry-standard service charge.
This pricing system gives you the benefit of having a proficient technician who will do the job right the first time. This pricing system is in contrast to time and material pricing systems where you suffer and the company is rewarded for having inexperienced or slow technicians.
By removing the clock emphasis, our technicians don't feel pressured to hurry, which might cause a mistake, but can take the time necessary to make sure the job is done right the first time.

Just a note to let you know that your employees McKenna and Kelley are model customer representatives for all your employees. They are extremely helpful, courteous and polite. My dad who passed away last year always had his furnace serviced by Wolfe. I recently purchased a home and the previous owners also recommended your company. Your service man Butch was delightful. My mom, who is 88 years old and on a fixed budget, recently had her furnace checked. I mistakenly told Butch the coupon was for $99.00, in actuality it was for $64.95. I called to see if we could get the difference and your employees helped with the problem. I spoke to Jimmy and now my mom is waiting for checks from Wolfe for the difference.
